​Kariac: Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
​1. Zero Tolerance Statement
​Kariac maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation or abuse of children. We define a child as any person under the age of 18. Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors will be removed immediately, and the associated accounts will be permanently banned.
​2. Prohibited Content & Behavior
​The following actions and materials are strictly prohibited on Kariac:
​Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): The creation, sharing, or possession of visual depictions of non-consensual sexual acts involving a minor, or any lewd exhibition of a minor.
​Grooming & Predatory Behavior: Any attempt to contact a minor to establish an emotional connection for the purpose of sexual exploitation or recruitment.
​Sextortion: Threatening to release sensitive or sexual images of a minor to coerce them into further sexual acts or financial gain.
​AI-Generated Content: The use of artificial intelligence to create “deepfake” or synthetic imagery depicting minors in sexualized contexts.
​Coded Language: Using hashtags, keywords, or “slang” intended to mask the distribution of illegal content or to find victims.
​3. Reporting and Law Enforcement
​Kariac is committed to legal compliance and active cooperation with global authorities:
​NCMEC Reporting: In accordance with federal and international laws, Kariac reports all identified instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
​Law Enforcement Cooperation: We work closely with INTERPOL and local law enforcement agencies to provide necessary data for the prosecution of offenders, while adhering to our privacy and data protection guidelines.
​4. Safety Mechanisms & Moderation
​To uphold these standards, Kariac employs a multi-layered defense strategy:
​Proactive Detection: Utilizing automated hashing technology and AI-driven image recognition to identify known illegal material.
​Human Oversight: A dedicated safety team reviews flagged content to ensure accuracy and rapid response.
​User Empowerment: Easy-to-use in-app reporting tools allow our community to flag suspicious behavior or content instantly.

​We believe in empowering our users and their guardians. Kariac provides links to third-party resources for digital safety, mental health support for victims, and guidance for parents on how to monitor their children’s online presence safely.
